1. You e-mail us with your images and instructions by and quote services.

2. Due to the increasing problem of fraud on the internet we are no longer accepting orders without a deposit of at least 50% of the quoted price. We have been trusting in the past but unfortunately our trust has been abused by unscrupulous people who want us to do work for them and then try to avoid paying for it. Therefore we have reluctantly decided that a deposit is required BEFORE we commence any job over the internet.

3. We edit your images per your instructions.

4. We email you back the enhanced images with watermark.

5. You view the enhanced images. If you do not satisfy our work, please give us further instructions and we will continue to work on your images until you satisfy our work. If you are happy, you pay us rest of payment and we will email you the final images without watermark.

6. You ENJOY your photos of the people you love and the memories you treasure.

7. Since we handle only digital image files, there is no sense for us to keep your digital files or send your digital files back. Thus, please keep your original digital image files safe and send only copies of your digital files to us. We will delete your digital files after the order is complete.

- We need a high resolution image to work on. When you are sending us an image by e-mail, please do NOT allow your e-mail program or Windows to make your pictures smaller. It may take longer to send the e-mail (depending on your internet connection) but it will make the results better.

- Please provide as much detail as possible about the changes you would like to see.

- Remember, we don't know who the people in the photograph are, so please don't just refer to them by name.

- We will take on any challenge, but for best results the original picture should have some redeeming features.

- We are dedicated to serving our customer's needs, and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will endeavor to complete all orders within 72 hours. If you have a more urgent need, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
